What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
Cookies are baked to order and will be baked and shipped the day after we receive it. Your post office takes 2 to 4 days to deliver depending on your zone.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are home baked from the finest ingredients. They are made just in time and should be consumed within a week or two of receiving.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Upon receiving your cookies, you can heat in the microwave for 5 to 20 seconds if you want them warmed up. Be careful not to overheat. You can also enjoy as is. We make our cookies with a crisp edge and soft center.
